Jenn Blazer

A born and raised Carolina Girl, Jenn grew up in Eastern North Carolina along the coast, graduated from East Carolina University with a BS in Communications, and has called Charlotte home since 2007. Jenn fell in love with Charlotte once she joined the NBA, dancing for the Charlotte Hornets for the next three years and knew then that Charlotte was truly “home.”

Jenn has built her career in the staffing industry, most recently serving as an Operations Director for several fortune 500 companies’ workforce solutions programs. While she enjoys working with her clients and her organization skills have made her successful in this space, her passions have always been in real estate and home design.

Real estate has been a hobby and investment tool for Jenn and her husband for over a decade; she has bought and sold nearly 50 properties, ranging from primary residences to vacation homes and investment properties. Jenn is very familiar with the Charlotte and surrounding areas, with a focus on luxury homes in the ever-expanding South Charlotte region. “I anticipate what buyers and sellers may experience because I’ve likely been through it personally. I have learned through my own experiences of purchasing and selling what nearly every emotion on the real estate roller coaster can feel like; I know what clients need during those ups and downs because I needed it too.”

As an experienced photographer and designer, Jenn has a keen eye for detail and the vision to see opportunity in every property. Jenn knows how to find the good in every property and won't stop until she gets the deal done. Jenn thrives on helping her clients realize their vision. In her time away from Trade & Tryon, Jenn enjoys working out, inshore saltwater fishing and spending time with her son Cameron and husband Tripp at their Ocean Isle Beach vacation home.
